The arrangements for the stay during the event Samanvay will be arranged for the alumni and their families in the International Guest House (I.G.H.), Lambert Square Guest House in pantnagar itself. Radisson Blu in Rudrapur can also be made available according to the availability with all the facilities to the best of our service.

- The accommodations will be provided according to the will of the alumni.
- Accommodation will be arranged on first come first serve basis.
- Accommodation charges are to be paid by alumni at the time of registration.
